WHAT IS NAVICA?

The NAVICA app is your pass to navigating daily life in a new normal. NAVICA displays results from the 15-minute Abbott BinaxNOW COVID-19 Ag Card, a rapid antigen test, to help you and others make informed decisions.

Organizations will be able to view and verify a person's digital NAVICA Pass on their mobile device to facilitate smoother entry into facilities along with handwashing, social distancing, enhanced cleaning and mask-wearing.

WHAT CAN I DO WITH THE NAVICA APP?

Creating an account in NAVICA enables you to get results sent to your smartphone from your test provider after you get tested using the 15-minute Abbott BinaxNOW™ COVID-19 Ag Card, a rapid antigen test, at a NAVICA enabled testing site. People who receive a negative test result will get a digital NAVICA Pass with a QR code, similar to an airline boarding pass, that you can easily display. Organizations can view and verify this pass to facilitate entry into facilities along with handwashing, social distancing, enhanced cleaning and mask-wearing in order to help control further spread of the virus.

With NAVICA you can:

  • Show your NAVICA ID at a NAVICA-enabled test site
  • View current and historical COVID-19 test results at any time
  • Display a NAVICA Pass once the test site submits a negative COVID-19 test result

Visit NAVICA.ABBOTT to sign up to be one of the first to know when and where the COVID-19 tests are being offered in your community.

HOW CAN I GET THE NAVICA APP?

NAVICA, the first-of-its-kind app, can be downloaded from both the App Store and Google Play at no charge. Go to your app store and search NAVICA.

The NAVICA app is compatible with both Apple and Android smartphones. Operating system requirements are iOS 11 and above and Android 8 and above.

WHAT IS THE NAVICA PASS?

NAVICA will display a digital NAVICA Pass via a QR code, similar to an airline boarding pass, for the NAVICA user who has received a negative result from a NAVICA-enabled test site. This allows organizations to verify negative test results, enabling people to move about with greater confidence, or see a positive test result and request that the person self-quarantine to avoid infecting others.

Getting a NAVICA pass is an easy 3-step process:

  1. Download the NAVICA App and create a secure profile.
  2. Show your profile’s unique ID when you get tested at a NAVICA-enabled test site.
  3. Receive a NAVICA Pass when you test negative for COVID-19 and your test provider submits your result.

HOW DO I EDIT MY INFORMATION IN THE APP?
